I figured out the issue - it had to do with the upgrade from Java 1.6.0_31 to 1.6.0_65. I've figured out a work around. I'll create a new installer soon, but here is a way you can patch it now.
1. In Applications, right click on DD Poker 3 icon and choose Show Package Contents 2. Drill down into Contents/Resources/Java/com/donohoedigital/config 3. Replace the DataElementConfig.ssalc file with the attached patched version (link below)
4. Launch DD Poker 3!
